Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 14/10/2026

Welcome to goAML Registration. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of our website, https://goamlregistration.ae/ (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

01About goAML Registration

This Website is operated by goAML Registration (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our contact details are set out in Section 13.

We support businesses in the United Arab Emirates with goAML registration and related AML/CFT compliance matters, including SACM pre-registration, goAML portal set-up, report filing support, MLRO/Compliance Officer guidance and related consultancy services.

02Independence from the UAE FIU

We are an independent consultancy. We are not the UAE Financial Intelligence Unit (UAE FIU), a supervisory authority, a government entity or the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), and we are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any of them.

goAML is software developed by UNODC for Financial Intelligence Units. In the UAE, access to goAML is managed by the UAE FIU, including through its SACM registration process. Official registration, report submission and portal access take place only through the UAE FIU’s own systems.

04Website information and professional advice

The information published on this Website, including articles, guides, FAQs and other materials, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for legal, regulatory or professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

Where we provide consultancy or advisory services, the scope of those services and the applicable terms will be determined by the relevant engagement arrangements agreed with the client.

We take reasonable steps to maintain accurate and current information, but we do not warrant that all Website content is complete, accurate or up to date. Users should consult the relevant authorities and obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions based on regulatory information.

05goAML registration and reporting

Decisions on goAML registration, the approval of user accounts and the acceptance of reports are made by the UAE FIU and the relevant supervisory authorities. We cannot guarantee that a registration will be approved, or approved within a particular time.

Our consultancy assistance does not transfer your statutory responsibilities to us. Your organisation and its appointed Compliance Officer/MLRO remain responsible at all times for meeting your obligations under UAE AML/CFT law, including decisions on whether to file a report and its content, and for keeping your goAML username, Google Authenticator secret key and other portal credentials secure.

09Confidentiality of communications

We will handle information submitted through our Website forms or email in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable law and any confidentiality obligations that apply to the relevant engagement.

Please do not submit passwords, authentication codes, authentication secrets or sensitive suspicious-transaction reporting information through general Website forms or ordinary email. Where such information is legitimately required for an engagement, we will communicate appropriate handling arrangements through a suitable channel.

10Privacy and personal data

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection law and the disclosures set out in our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of personal data we collect, the purposes and applicable legal bases for processing, relevant disclosures to service providers or other recipients, retention practices and the rights available to individuals under applicable law.

Please review our Privacy Policy before submitting personal information through this Website. Where necessary, we will provide additional notices or obtain consent in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

11Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable UAE law and the rules governing jurisdiction.

12Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, Website operations or applicable legal requirements. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Changes will take effect as stated in the revised Terms, subject to applicable law. Where required, we will provide appropriate notice or obtain any necessary consent. Continued use of the Website will not override any mandatory legal rights or requirements.
