You can login using the User ID (received at the initial registration stage of goAML Registration) and Google Authenticator passcode.
goAML is an integrated system that connects the reporting entity and the FIU. goAML portal receives the data from the reporting entities and shares the same with you for necessary action.
Sometimes, the emails from the goAML system end up in the spam or junk mailbox. If not received there, then there is a possibility that goAML emails may be blocked by your entity’s mail servers. You need to white-list [email protected] and [email protected] and reach out to the UAEFIU goAML Support team.
No goAML certificate is issued upon registration with the goAML portal. However, the registrant gets an email notification approving the goAML registration.
The goAML system in UAE has a button to set a new password by clicking the “Forgot Password” button on the login window.
Upon clicking the “Forgot Password” button, a “Reset Password Request” window would pop up, wherein the user needs to enter and submit the Username and registered email ID.
This will trigger an email on the registered email ID with a link redirecting to the UAE goAML portal, wherein the user can set the new password after submitting the necessary details.
Yes, you can delegate the goAML reporting responsibilities to the third party.
Such delegation to a third party would be possible only when the delegated party has created an account on the goAML platform using the ‘Register as an Organization’ option).
Please note that these third parties should be registered and approved on the goAML portal by the Supervisory Authority.
Yes, you can update your email and other details on the goAML portal by navigating as under:
My goAML >> My Org Details >> update the required details like the name, business activity, email, website, contact person, contact number, address, etc.
Once such changes are submitted, the Supervisory Body will verify and approve these requested changes. Once approved, the goAML system will trigger a confirmatory email to the registered email ID.
For printing the reports, before submitting them, on the goAML portal, click the PREVIEW button and then click the PRINTER icon available at the top of the preview window.
The goAML ‘Message Board’ is a window available on the goAML portal for two-way communication between the FIU and reporting entity.
‘Message Board’ enables immediate notification to the goAML users about the acceptance or rejection of the reports submitted by them. The FIU also uses it to inform the reporting entity about the additional information sought.
goAML system has been developed by United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) to fight against money laundering and terrorism financing.

AML registration in UAE means registering on the goAML Portal. To comply with anti-money laundering laws in the UAE, all the designated entities would be required to register themselves with the goAML Portal by accessing the https://services.uaefiu.gov.ae/ page.
Please note that the delegated party should be registered and approved on the goAML platform by the Supervisory Body before delegating the responsibilities to a third party.
Login to the goAML portal and navigate as under (only accessible to the MLRO/AML Compliance Officer’s login):
Admin >> Select Active Organizations (from the drop-down menu) >> Change Selected Delegating Organization >> Change Delegation (tick the checkbox) >> OK >> Specify the “Organization ID” associated with the delegate party on the goAML system.
Once the request is submitted, it should be approved by the Supervisory Body.
Additional information about an existing SAR/STR can be submitted using an “Additional Information File” (AIF) or “Additional Information File with Transactions” (AIFT) if the additional transactions are to be reported.
In AIF or AIFT, the original SAR/STR’s web reference number should be quoted in the “FIU Reference” field.
An organization is required to select the Register as an Organization option when registering on the goAML system. Once registered, the reporting entity may allow internal users to register on the goAML system by selecting the Register as a Person option.

New Compliance Officer/MLRO needs to register on SACM and obtain the Supervisory Authority’s approval.
1. New MLRO/Compliance Officer should register on goAML as a Person under the same Org ID,
2. Request the goAML Support team on [email protected] to deactivate old MLRO/Compliance Officer details and consider the new MLRO/Compliance Officer henceforth (do attach the confirmatory mail received from supervisory authority),
3. After initial login, the new MLRO/Compliance Officer should change the contact person details on the goAML portal by navigating as under:
- My goAML >> My Org Details >> update the required details like the name, email, and contact number,
4. Supervisory Authority will verify and approve these requested changes. Once approved, the goAML system will trigger a confirmatory email to the registered email ID.
- Draft DMPSR, not yet submitted, shall be disposed of or deleted after 15 days.
- Rejected DPMSR is disposed of after a grace period of 5 days, allowed for reverting the rejected report.
- Once rejected DMPSR is resubmitted/reverted, the report is deleted after 10 days.
Using these User ID and Google Authenticator passcode, the registration needs to be completed giving details about the reporting entity and the Compliance Officer on https://services.uaefiu.gov.ae/ page.
Download the Google Authenticator application and log in the same using the secret key received over an email upon completion of the pre-registration task on SACM – UAE Financial Intelligence Unit (uaefiu.gov.ae). Subsequently, the unique code appearing in your Google Authenticator application (6-digit passcode) will be used as a password every time to access the goAML Portal (it changes every 1 minute).
